Fashion: Menswear Fashion Week 2015 video

We published the press release with the announcement for Siren's Menswear Fashion Week 2015 some time back but now there's also a short trailer video (created by yours truly).

Fair is fair.. Initial production plans were way bigger then just this short teaser trailer but real-life kicked in and unfortunately I couldn't deliver in time on the agreed work. Still - the footage that was already shot I put together in this trailer... Siren's Menswear Fashion Week 2015 I think is one of those events all Second Life males should be looking forward to!

Fashion: Sneak Peek February

Penumbra's Sneak Peek February from the 25th till the 5th. The newest, not even available fashion designs from some of the best designers of Second Life for sale a very short time at the Sneak Peek location. And like last time I consider myself lucky - not a lot of male stuff at the Sneak Peek events - but what they have is amazing.

This time I got the Joona outfit from LRD in four colors. Wether you wanna go classic or casual - with this outfit you can do both. It contains two pants; one casual and one classic. I have to say - after I decided on color and put the suit on I felt like a distinguished and very stylish classy Mr.Grey in this outfit. (click read more for all the colors).

Menswear Fashion Week has been around for six years and always brings great fashion, exciting shows, fun parties, and fashionable men  to the forefront of the grid. We have some very exciting things planned as we take a vacation and get ready to jet off on an island hop to  tropical locals.

Fashion Friday: Sort off...

Now first I have to admit something. This review took a freakin long time and in all fairness - I can understand if Evia Egoism is never again going to supply me with any of their stuff for review here. The problem is - I more then loved what they provided me with but at the same time I am kind of anal about my avatar appearance when it comes to skin and shape. (and that's anal in the not so good way...)


Anyways - I asked and got to review the Evian Salvatore full avatar. Which includes shape, skin, mesh head, feet, hands and even. You can find all info on the full package right here. (prim manhood not included btw).

I love this one. At first I was a bit scared cause I had heard the horror stories of (mostly) females around SL about how much time sometimes goes into the perfect matching of all mesh part... coloring... sizing... and then all the different appliers and technical stuff to get your clothes to fit. This was my first ever mesh body part and I was afraid I to had to get into all at but putting it all on and making it look right was surprisingly easy.

Fashion: Sneak Peek again!

It's that time again - time for Penumbra's Sneak Peek event. The newest, not even generally available fashion designs from some of the best designers of Second Life for sale a very short time  at the Sneak Peek location only till Feb 5.

For males this round it's "Man in Black" by Bravura. The texture on this stylish yet casual suit is amazing. It comes with the scarf and the sunglasses included and it simply makes you look good!

The only drawback for me is that it's all a single piece so no combining parts with other clothes or undressing bit by bit. Then again - wearing this outfit I doubt any woman wanting to wait for you to take it all one piece a time anyways so you're all good ;)

Fashion: Men Only Hunt 5

It's hard for men... hard to find good freebies and quality hunts on the grid. But then there's Men Only. A group related to men's fashion in Second Life created by Flair for Events. Men Only is planning hunts, gachas and monthly events - all related to men... only!

Well their 5th hunt (I assume... because it's called MOH5) has just started and runs till the end of the month. Here you'll find the hints and you'll be looking for cold beers - I say this hunt simply couldn't get any better (altho I have to admit I haven't found any scarcely dressed gorgeous women so far...).

Is the hunt worth you time and effort? Well... I followed a few of the hints for you all to make sure and as you see on the pics after the read more this hunt does have some great stuff hidden for you!

Sneak Peek round 3

Another round of Penumbra's Sneak Peak event - no better start imaginable for 2015. And this time you have to hurry to get to be one of the first being spotted with the newest in SL fashion - my fault for being lazy and blog very late this time... but still... you need to hurry! ;)   These new fashion items from amazing designers are available at the Sneak Peak location only till Jan 5.

The Tank Top in the picture is this rounds male Sneak Peak item. It's called "Bronx Loose Fit Tank Top" from Flow and comes in several colors. Just about right for that tough yet relaxed look.

I have to admit the concept of Penumbra's Sneak Peek is very addictive (even with not enough mens fashion yet...) Find this place in-world to get your early chance to wear the newest and best in SL fashion... In this shoot Thorgal is making sure he is looking sharp - ready to close the deal of a lifetime... but the mirror reveals his wild side... party animal... wants to roar like a lion and just get out there in the jungle of life...

So here we are... at the Virtual Immaturity Office interviewing new secretarial staff. I know a large percentage of our readers fits the category of successful males probably struggling with (almost) the same dilemma's as I seek to find fitting personnel to support me and of course the rest team of the team in any way possible... make our jobs easier... get us to focus...

When in the process of evaluating new potential employees make sure to check and re-check every aspect that could possibly be an important factor for them to be successful at their new career...

Today's event to be in Second Life is without a doubt the grande finale show of the Penumbra Autumn/Winter Fashion Week 2014. Set over the past 10 days, the schedule was packed with 20 shows from 43 emerging and established designers. 250 new designs were available in the retail area - mostly exquisite designs you could gift to your wife, girlfriend or mistress but also a broad selection of fashionably stylish menswear. Every day of shows closed with a great after party hosted by Energy Club.

Yours truly worked several catwalk shows as DJ/host and was truly amazed and overwhelmed experiencing the fashion culture of Second Life for the first time in all its grandeur. The picture below shows me just minutes before the great Finale show trying to get a quiet moment from the paparazzi (while showcasing designs from Bravura Homme, Legal Insanity and M&M)
